The We-Vibe Moxie also comes with a quick-start user guide. Unpopular opinion: the warnings are my favorite section of the user manual to read, and there’s almost always something weird. But it also has another, more sinister precaution: do not use it on the neck area. I’m not sure why you’re not supposed to use it on your neck area (I’m not a medical doctor if you hadn’t guessed already), but I’m glad to have this information in case I ever forget where my clit is and look for it, starting at the top of my body heading south.
I wonder: did they run into this during product testing? Were the product testers trying to wear this thing on their necks, and if so, why? Oh, to be a fly on the wall during sex toy product testing.
Lastly, the included remote they send is ideal. It hits the right combination of having enough buttons to be easy to use but not having so many as to be complicated.

The body is made from 100% body-safe silicone, so it will be nice and soft when you take it for a date out on the town. It’s also free from phthalates, BPA, and latex.

There are two parts to Moxie’s body: the larger device and the slip-proof magnet. The body is a comfortable size and shape to wear in your underwear, especially once secured with the magnet.

Battery Life and Charging
The Moxie comes with a USB charging cable and a magnetic charger, so you can use any USB port to charge this thing. I love magnetic chargers because there’s no way to mess them up, and the magnet tells you which way to plug it in.
When the light is blinking quickly, that means it’s charging. When the light remains on, that means it’s fully charged.
Once you plug Moxie in, the user manual says it will take ninety minutes to charge. When I tried it, it took eighty-five minutes to charge. The instruction manual said it would last up to two hours; when I tried, she lasted one hour and fifty-three minutes.
So, overall, Moxie has a decent battery life for an external panty vibe.
We-Connect App
One of the best features of Moxie is that it’s app-enabled, meaning you can control it from anywhere in the world. This sex toy is perfect for long-distance couples since you can experience intimacy together from anywhere by using the phone app.
Set up the sex toy, have your partner download the app, and pair it to your vibrator.
The We-Connect app isn’t too hard to navigate, either. First, you download the We-Vibe Moxie app and follow its instructions. Then press the control button on Moxie and hold down for five seconds until the light blinks. When the light flashes, she’s in pairing mode, and the app will prompt you to pair it.
It really couldn’t be simpler.
Then, you can use the preset modes they have or customize your own. You can sync it to music, check on the battery’s status, or even send messages to each other. Further, you can set the power to a lower maximum so that even if you turn it all the way up, you don’t reach 100% power.
This setup is helpful if you know you’re going to be in a quieter situation and want to be prepared.
Keep in mind that you can’t pair Moxie to the remote and the app at the same time. So, if you want to use the remote after using the app, you’ll need to quit the app and pair the device with the remote again.

The Moxie comes with a two-year warranty, which is pretty great in the world of sex toys.
How To Use We-Vibe Moxie?
- Once you charge the Moxie, wash it.
- Then put the bulkier part of the panty vibe on the inside of your underwear and the magnetic clip on the outside.
- You may have to adjust it until you get it in the correct position for the best clit stimulation.
The Moxie is blissfully easy to operate.
- To turn her on, you press the power button for two seconds, the nub at the top of the device, opposite the magnetic charging port.
- Then, press the power button again to cycle through the vibration modes.
- The first three modes are low, medium, and high; after that, you’ll go through the seven different rhythms.
- To turn the vibrator off, press the control button and hold it down for two seconds.
If you want to pair the vibrator to the wireless remote, press any button on the remote, and once Moxie responds, she’s paired. It’s as simple as that! To unpair it, press the left or right button and hold it down for a couple of seconds.
The toy will drift into sleep mode after half an hour of inactivity, which includes using it on one setting without pressing any buttons for that long. If you enjoy longer play sessions, you can change the sleep mode so that it doesn’t activate until up to four hours of inactivity by pairing it with the We-Connect app and adjusting it in the app settings.

Since Moxie is waterproof, she’s pretty easy to clean.
- Wash with soap and warm water or a specified sex toy cleaner.

My Personal Experience
Let me start by saying that I love wearable vibrators. And having one that stays in precisely the last place you put it sounded like a dream come true. What’s more fun than a vibrator for public play-time with your date? Yeah, I couldn’t think of anything either.
Ease Of Use
When I tested it, I wanted to ensure the magnetic clips were up to the challenge of keeping it strictly in place. The good news is that they were.
- For science, I even tried this panty vibe with a pad on (not that anyone would ever want to do this in real life, since it could get leaky, and that wouldn’t be fun) and the period-style panties that are a bit thicker. Both worked like a charm.
- I also tried using the two magnetic clips to ensure it didn’t move an inch. One is technically supposed to function as a spare in case you lose the other clip, but you can use them together if you want. I was happy to find the strong magnet held in place even when walking briskly or contorted into different positions.
- Next, I tried wearing Moxie and sitting on a hard, wooden chair because I wanted to find out if this is something you could wear to a restaurant. If you sit in a position where you’re holding the vibrator against the chair, it does increase the sound a bit, so keep that in mind. The sound of the vibration mode was more muted when I sat in a cushioned chair.
Comfort
In the end, it’s essential to wear tightly fitted panties to get the most stimulation. You may even want to wear tight-fitting, structured leggings or pants for extra support and sensation.
What worked best for me was wearing fitted underwear and pants and then sitting in a cross-legged position. Hands-free toys don’t always work for me, but this one did, so I plan to get a lot of use out of Moxie in the future.
Long-Distance Control
My partner easily controlled the vibration patterns from his cell phone in the same room from the first attempt. The app works well when you’re within twenty feet of each other, but sometimes it can be challenging to use the app control as the Bluetooth connection is a bit finicky.
Overall, though, it worked like a charm.
Using app control only faltered once; otherwise, the Bluetooth connectivity worked fine. The app has several different options, including pairing it to music, creating your rhythms, letting your partner control it remotely with their phone, and even the ability to video chat.
Stimulations
If you require pinpoint stimulation to get off, it might be tricky with this, though the raised bump helps increase the rumbly sensations. But there isn’t anything holding this in a specific position or applying pressure to add to the vibes. If you need broad stimulation, though, this will do the trick.
Since gravity will pull the vibrator down, the overall intensity sensation feels more like buzzy vibrations. However, if you use it for public play and can hold it against you, you’ll enjoy the rumbly vibes thanks to the powerful motor Moxie packs.
This vibrator is strong enough that it functions well as a bullet vibe. This sex toy isn’t something you must bring out on a date or it will gather dust. You might get plenty of use out of it during regular solo play.
